Right to information

The Right to Information Act 2009 provides a right of access to government information unless, on balance, it is contrary to the public interest to release the information.

Our publication scheme describes and categorises information available from the Queensland Industrial Court, Queensland Industrial Relations Commission, the Industrial Registry.

It has been developed to give the community greater access to information as part of the response to the review of freedom of information laws.

Information is grouped and accessible through seven classes:

Our services – services provided by the ICQ, QIRC, and the Industrial Registry
Our finances – our financial information
Our priorities – priorities and progress
Our decisions – how we make decisions
Our policies – our policies and procedures
Our lists – lists and registers.

You have the right to complain if information identified in our publication scheme is not available.

The disclosure log is a record of documents released to applicants under the Right to Information Act 2009.
